Booking/Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy

A deposit of 50% secures your appointment.  

You may reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Same day rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.

All cancellations will result in loss of deposit.  

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to 50% of the treatment cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.  

These policies are in place to compensate the therapist for their time where it is unlikely/impossible that your appointment time can be filled at the last minute.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Sexual interaction or sexual discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NOT tolerated. The therapist reserves the right to end a massage session at any time in the event of any inappropriate behaviour.  If a massage session is ended due to client inappropriate behaviour, the client will be charged for the entire session and the police may be called.

Covid-19 Policy

The client must not book a treatment if they have contracted, have any symptoms of, or have been in close contact with anyone with COVID-19.  

The client must not book a treatment if they have any other  contagious diseases or are currently feverish or sick.

If symptoms develop after the booking is made, the client must cancel their appointment at the earliest available opportunity.
